Jenny & Gary's Wedding - Friday, 28 May 2010

I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this wedding, what a fun and lovely bride and so..o...exhited to be getting married, couldn't wait to see Gary in church and he wasn't disappointed!!  Fantastic dress and bling tiara to complement her ivory flowers - very fairytale!  Two new venues for us....All Saints Church in Westbury set within the town where her mother and auntie were both married, and where the family had been christened.  Gary stayed in the local pub next door to the church as did Jenny's father on his wedding day when he married  Jenny's mother!  Bishopstrow House in Warminster was the second new venue for us, and very glamourous with long drive, beautiful grounds and a marque for the hog roast later!  Photography by father and daughter team, Ken & Karen from Hilperton www.images.gb.com who were great fun to work with and we look forward to a photo or two later!  Congratulations to Jenny & Gary and enjoy your honeymoon in Las Vegas and your tour of America before arriving in Haiwii!

Lesley and Peter's Wedding - Friday, 28 May 2010

Nothing like a great surprise - and our car was the surprise on this occasion for both the bride and the groom.  Reserved by Christine, the groom's sister and husband Steve for the lovely couple who married at The Beeches in Brislington following their journey from Canada.  A local tour was enjoyed by the happy couple after the ceremony to enable them to have some 'chill out' time together.  Congratulations to you both!

Vicky & Stuart's Wedding - Sunday, 23 May 2010

Another lovely sunny day as we collected both 'mums' from the Carpenters Arms in Stanton Wick.  On our return, we collected the lovely Vicky and her father and travelled to the ever popular Water Mill at Priston Mill for the ceremony.  Photographs were taken by Martin Dabek from www.photodabek.co.uk  on her arrival and afterwards with both Vicky and Stuart with our car with the hood down outside the venue - always makes a lovely photograph!  Many congratulations to you both!

Aimee & Adam's Wedding - Saturday, 22 May 2010

Such a glorious day and fantastic wedding!  We collected Adam and his two bestmen from the Hare & Hounds in Tetbury where we were to return after the wedding for the reception venue - great guys but a shame Adam was unable to enjoy his pint before he left!  On our arrival at the bride's we were greeted by doggy in his pink ribbon, and the bridesmaids and bride's mother were chauffeured to the pretty Old Sodbury Church nearby.  Aimee chose to travel to her wedding with the hood down enjoying the sunshine and looked absolutely stunning. A choir was singing on her arrival and sounded wonderful during the service too!  On our return to the Hare &Hounds the lovely Karl and Kate from Astue Hue Photography www.astonhuephotography.co.uk continued to take some smashing 'creative' photographs of the couple with our cars - can't wait to see those sometime soon Karl!! Kate & John's Wedding - Saturday, 22 May 2010

How to keep the bride waiting.......get caught in stand still traffic on the ring road!!  Kate and John's wedding was delayed whilst John was left waiting on the ring road just past Emersons Green during a build up of traffic resulting from an accident involving a motorbike.  Once the call had been received that he was now on his way, Kate was able to leave the house and we drove the short journey to St. Margaret's Church in Queen Charlton where she was married to John.  Gee Photography www.geephotography.co.uk was the photographer today, such a gent!! and we have attached some photographs of the lovely couple. Victoria & Nathan - Saturday, 15 May 2010

What can I say.....such 'beautiful' people and a lovely family.  All the groom's men and bridesmaids were dressed in 'pewter' outfits from Ann Harding Bridal www.champagneweddings.co.uk and believe me they all looked fabulous, with no less than ten bridesmaids in all!

Victoria was amazing......make-up by Mac with such amazing eye makeup, cream roses all with diamonte in each rose, and the dress.....from Jackie at Special Day in Keynsham www.radisol.co.uk/special-day-appletons a beautiful slimline ivory dress with 'bling' overlay....absolutely stunning!!

Ceremony held at St. Mary's Church in Bitton with 120 guests and leaving church with both cars, hoods down to travel to The Hare & Hounds at Tetbury...following its recent refurbishment and set in beautiful grounds.

Samantha and Matthew - Saturday, 15 May 2010

What a lovely family and little Josh, their three year old son was such a star!! The ceremony was held at the lovely St. Mary's Church in Lower Almondsbury now having been refurbished and looking very imposing, via the Aztec Hotel as an unexpected but urgent stop-off!  Little Josh then travelled with the bride and groom to the reception venue but was unable to stay awake for long and had a restful snooze all the way to Fry's Club in Keynsham.  Photography by Karl and Kate from Aston Hue Photography www.astonhuephotography.co.uk.

Catherine & Matthew's Wedding - Friday, 14 May 2010

We couldn't have asked for better weather, such a warm and sunny day.  The bridal party travelled from Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath to nearby St. Nicholas Church in Bathampton via the toll bridge, such a beautiful setting and Catherine looked stunning.  Her brother, Chris, carried out the important task of photography having experience in this field and I am sure they will have some fantastic shots to remember the day.  We left the church with the hood down as requested by Catherine and travelled to the ever popular Water Mill at Priston Mill for the reception venue where the live entertainment was in full swing...a spanish flamenco dancer and guitarists.  The couple will be enjoying a two week honeymoon in the South of France.

Michelle and Shaun on Saturday, 8 May 2010

Arriving at the house in Yate it was a pleasure to see so many welcoming faces waiting to catch a glimpse of the bride and her bridal party as they left for the wedding at The Cotswold Water Park in South Cerney.

At least it managed to stay dry for when the radiant Michelle came out to speak to everyone and have some photographs taken before we departed.  What a lovely family!!

The bridesmaids and colours of flowers were a gorgeous and unusual lemon and were so different to the norm!

Michelle and Shaun enjoyed some time in the car afterwards for a short spin around the village of South Cerney before returning to the hotel for photographs with the car at the lakeside location.

Debbie and Jason's wedding - Saturday, 8 May 2010

Not such great weather today but that was most definitely not going to spoil the wedding day for Debbie and Jason who had been planning this for over eighteen months!

A matching pair of cars were reserved to collect the groom and bestman, and then the bride and her father plus five bridesmaids and mother of the bride to travel to St. Johns Church in Keynsham.

Reception followed at the local Chewton Place, one of those hidden gems just off the Wellsway in Keynsham!

Rozalyn and Andrew's wedding on Sunday, 2 May 2010

Travelling from Frome to the Tythe Barn at Priston Mill was a lengthy but pleasant journey with the bride and her father and bridal party in the second car.  Bridesmaids were in a deep navy blue and looked stunning with Rozalyn looking radiant.  Keith Simon from Image Works Photography in Trowbridge was the photographer on the day www.imageworkstudio.co.uk and took some wonderful photographs especially with the floral arrangements prepared by one of the designated florists from Priston Mill (unsure who I am afraid) spread throughout the grounds, the best I had every seen!

Amy & Ben's wedding on Saturday, 1 May 2010

We all expected rain but had lovely sunshine, what a bonus, and we didn't have to use our umbrella's once!
Amy was a trifle nervous I must say and had spent most of her morning in tears and so it was a delight to see her emerge from our local church at St. Anne's in Oldland with her new husband with a beaming smile!

Tony from Hounds Road Photography in Chipping Sodbury www.houndsroadphoto.com, who is such a nice guy, was our photographer and he took some really lovely photographs with the couple at the church and as they were walking down towards the car and also within the superb grounds of The Ramada Grange Hotel in Winterbourne which is our second home!

Lovely couple...still can't say the surname, but its Mr & Mrs Geracitano.  Ben's father is Dominic from Mobile Menswear in Longwell Green incase anyone needs some suits for the men on their wedding day!
