Jacqueline & Dan's wedding on Sunday, 20 February 2011

Enjoyed another wedding on Sunday at the ever popular Ramada Grange Hotel in Winterbourne with Jacqui and Dan for their marriage in the lounge at the hotel.  Although it was a cold day it was bright and the sun did show itself briefly, just long enough for the couple to enjoy a lovely drive together in the car after becoming husband and wife and to have some photographs with the hood down within the grounds.  Neil from A1 Photographers was present along with the lovely Ben Pope from A Perfect Memory Videography who supplied this great photo, thanks Ben a real pleasure working with you again.  Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Noble and enjoy  your honeymoon later in the year.

Evening Post Wedding Fayre - Yesterday

Lovely to meet you all yesterday at Ashton Gate, the telephone has been 'busy, busy' this morning with enquiries from you all which is great!

Unfortunately, I had to leave during the fayre due to work commitments at the Ramada Grange in Winterbourne where we provided two of our convertible's for Jacqui and Dan's wedding, lovely couple and congratulations to you both!

I was therefore unable to speak with you all during the day but I am sure my husband managed to provide some information for you as he was there in my absence, thank you hubby!

Sam & Adam's Wedding on Saturday, 19 February 2011

Great day was had by all at Sam & Adam's wedding on Saturday at St. Andrews Church in Backwell, such a lovely setting for a church albeit a little awkward for parking of cars!  Dry day with some sunshine although a little cold but smile's all round as the couple enjoyed photographs at Clifton Suspension Bridge with their parents before arriving at Ashton Court Mansion for their reception venue.  Great couple and apparently Adam met Sam when she was a dancer and he an actor.  Nicola Jane Photography from Kingswood at www.nicolajanephotography.co.uk supported the girl power theme with us as two lady chauffeuse and we are Sooo..looking forward to seeing some photos of the couple shortly.  Congratulations to Sam and Adam and enjoy your honeymoon wherever you go!

Wedding Fayre Update - Sunday, 6 February 2011

Wow!..............
Enjoyed a really great day at the Guild of Professional Wedding Services Wedding Fayre today at Chewton Place in Keynsham. Very well attended with well over 100 couples and their families attending the exhibition where thirty three enthusiastic Guild members displayed their services plus a great friendly and relaxed atmosphere thrown in too!

We enjoyed live music by Liz from Lyrica and also the Bath Spa String Quartet, Entertainment Direct for the D.J. and casinos, ice sculptures, bridal bouquets and displays, photographers, videographers, balloons, wedding cakes and wedding cars and lots more!!

We were fortunate to have two fashion shows today with bridal wear from Bride at Home Boutique in Downend & Ann Harding Bridal & Menswear from Stoke Bishop plus Bakos Boutique in Westbury on Trym for the mother of the bride outfits.

Jewellery for the fashion show supplied by Ksenia Handmade Jewellery from Bath and flowers provided by Andrew from Jacaranda Flowers also in Bath.

All exhibitors were vetted and approved Guild members only who pride themselves in providing a quality and professional service.

The Guild of Professional Wedding Services - Wedding Fayre
