Kate and Adrians Wedding at Tracy Park in Wick on Saturday, 25 February 2012

What a wonderful day for a wedding!

Kate and Adrian travelled from their wedding at St. Peter's Church in Frampton Cotterell to Tracy Park in Wick with the hood down for the entire journey, with the additional warmth from our faux fur wrap, hand muff and blanket throw, and yes, we are in February!!

A truly lovely couple and Stewart Clark from http://www.scphotography.co.uk kindly forwarded these great photographs at their wedding venue, many thanks.

May we extend our congratulations to Kate and Adrian and hope you both enjoy Argentina and Brazil for your honeymoon.

Friday, 30 December 2011 - Kate and Tom's Wedding

On this rather wet and chilly day, we collected our bride Kate and her father from The Stables at Grittleton House, a large house set within the grounds of Grittleton School and equipped to sleep eighteen people no less!

We travelled to St. Mary's church at Bathwick Hill and I was delighted to meet the vicar of the parish for the first time today, a charming and jolly gentlemen who had obviously got to know our couple well over the past six months.

The lovely Robert Skidmore was the chosen photographer today and both Kate and Tom had nothing but praise and admiration for him, making them feel relaxed throughout the day.

Robert has recently forwarded some of his lovely photographs giving you an insight Kate and Tom's wedding day, many thanks Robert.  You can visit his website at http://www.robertskidmore.co.uk.

We travelled via Batheaston to and from the wedding to avoid traffic on the London Road in Bath, and it was nice to be granted free passage over the toll bridge going to the church and also on the way back with 'husband and wife', many thanks!!

Car heater on full today with blanket throw, fur wrap and hand muff also in use as such a wet and cold blustery day and thank goodness we have two ivory golf umbrellas onboard too!!

As Kate and Tom had enjoyed many romantic walks through Castle Combe we decided to drive through the village en route to Grittleton House, where Robert managed to take some photographs with the car before we departed.

Congratulations to Kate and Tom, enjoy your couple of days away before starting back at school as teachers, and have a great time on honeymoon in the summer!!

Autumnal Wedding for Claire & Paul 2011

These superb photographs were sent to us via a twitter link from the wedding photographer and I think you will agree they are absolutely fabulous - amazing colours and perfect for an autumnal wedding!

We were privileged to attend the wedding of Claire and Paul who were married at our local St. Anne's Church in Oldland Common, and incidentally only live less than a mile from us too, so everything was pretty local for us!

Photographs taken by Kathryn Edwards at  kathrynedwardsphotography.com

Thank you Kathryn and I have forwarded your 'thanks' to Liz the chauffeuse on the day!

Lauren and Tony's Wedding - Saturday, 4 February 2012

What a day....lots of snow!!

I have today received two lovely photographs from Shutter Bliss Photography at http://www.shutterblissphotography.co.uk of Lauren and Tony at St. John's church just before leaving to travel to the reception venue in Camerton.  Thank you so much Roger and we look forward to working with you both again shortly.

The lovely Lauren walked across the road from Pratts Hotel in Bath to the wonderful St. John's Catholic Church in Central Bath with the snow falling, stopping by the car to have some photographs taken with her father.

An hour and a half later, when Lauren emerged with her husband from the church, totally different story as the snow had increased and had most definetly 'pitched' on the ground and was extremely cold too.

I managed to take this photograph myself whilst the couple were getting married inside the church, but after it had been taken the snow just seemed to be falling so much heavier, and by the time we left the church to travel to Camerton Village Hall it was white snow flakes everywhere!!

May I extend our congratulations to the lovely couple and it was great to meet you both for the first time on Saturday.
