Michelle & Mike's Wedding - Thursday, 24 May 2012

All our couples getting married this weekend are going to be so lucky, they have booked a great weekend for sunshine!!  And no exception for Michelle and Mike at their wedding earlier today.

They were married at just after noon today at the very pretty St. Andrew's church in Blagdon with the bride wearing a really lovely white full skirted dress from College Green Bridal, with four bridesmaids in blue.





Travelling in from Stockwood with the hoods up on both cars, we were asked to get the hoods down to travel onto the reception venue at Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, and here is a couple of photos taken on my mobile to prove it!







We then travelled directly to Coombe Lodge where the couple had some photographs with the cars and bridesmaids on arrival, before being taken away by Mark Taylor Videography and Martin Chivers who was their photographer for some quite amazing photographs by the tree in the grounds.

Nadia & Simon's Wedding at Priston Mill - Sunday, 20 May 2012

We collected the bridal party from The Carpenters Arms in Stanton Drew, a mere fifteen minute drive to the beautiful Tythe Barn at Priston Mill where Nadia and Simon had chosen to get married.

Nadia looked amazing having been pampered with hair and makeup during the morning, and accompanied by her wonderful cream peonies provided by Tina from Tiger Lily Flowers in Little Stoke, you can find Tina at http://www.tigerlilyflowers.co.uk.

Michelle & James Wedding - Saturday, 19 May 2012

Lovely family, lovely couple and a warm, dry wedding day, what more could you ask for!

Michelle and James were married yesterday at the beautiful village church in Frampton Cotterell, St. Peters.

I have taken some snippets at the church on my mobile, so nothing professional I am afraid!

Michelle looked absolutely gorgeous with her corsetted bodice wedding dress and fuschia pink flowers with ivory pearls.  James arrived with one of his bestmen in a quirky little red Austin Healey and I just had to take a picy to show you all!

Following the ceremony and photographs at the church, taken by Imagine That  studios from Cardiff http://www.imaginethat.uk.net, we left the church with the hood down and travelled via Chipping Sodbury High Street to the local Golf Club in Chipping Sodbury for their reception venue.

Looking forward to receiving an image or two from Imagine That and nice working with you yesterday!

Samantha & Ben's Wedding - Saturday, 12 May 2012

What a great day for a wedding today!!  Sun shining
and warm (not hot) but dry and so very easy to manage dress and veil when it isn't raining and windy.









Samantha was escorted to church by her lovely mum and was particularly nervous before the ceremony, after a few adjustments to the veil before the wedding, she went inside St. Saviours Church in Coalpit Heath to get married to her fiance Ben.  Whilst they were inside I managed to take a photo of the car outside the church with the hood down as requested, so that they could wave to their guests as we left with a little toot from the horn too!

As we were travelling to Eastwood Park and it was a substantial distance with the hood down all the way, we put the hood back up around the corner and then on arrival at the entrance to Eastwood Park dropped the hood again to arrive in style.

Here are just a couple of photos taken on my mobile with the car on arrival at Eastwood Park whilst the lovely Stewart McPherson was taking some wonderful photos of the newly weds amongst the beautiful flowers.

Stewart promises to send some of his 'professional' photos through shortly and I very much look forward to working with him again soon, such a lovely guy with a sense of humour, fabulous!!

Fiona & Alan's Wedding - Monday, 7 May 2012

Nick from http://www.nickwilliamsphotography.co.uk forwarded a wonderful image today from Monday's wedding at Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, many thanks Nick.

Although we were planning to enjoy the hoods down on both our ivory convertible's, the weather was saying something else and the heavens really opened on our way to the reception venue. in fact it was raining heavily whilst this shot was being taken!

The above photograph was taken on my mobile whilst Fiona and Alan were getting married, with our lovely Karen posing for the camera!

Lucy & Ryan's Wedding - Friday, 20 April 2012

Lovely couple Lucy and Ryan were married at the very popular St. John's church at Lodge Causeway, Fishponds recently with their two little children as flower girl and pageboy, and didn't they all look lovely!!




We managed to enjoy both ends of the spectrum with regards to the weather, we left the church with the hood down on the car and then arrived at The Mecure Grange Hotel in Winterbourne for photographs, and then encountered halestorms!!  Lucky for us we had some large cream golf umbrellas onboard!
