Emma and Chris's Wedding - Eastwood Park - 20 July 2012

Andrew & Yasmin's June Wedding - Berkeley Castle

Imagine a London based couple getting married in a beautiful Cotswold Castle and this is the wedding day of Yasmin and her groom, Andrew.

Having only had dealings with Yasmin over the telephone, it was so nice to put a face to the voice and finally meet her on her wedding day, and she looked absolutely stunning, beautiful dress, hair and makeup absolutely perfect, stunning flowers and lovely colours ........

We travelled to one of my favourite venues, Berkeley Castle, from a local hotel collection with Yasmin and her uncle and bridesmaids in the second car.

Following the ceremony, Matt from http://www.mattdavisphotography.co.uk/ took some amazing photographs with our cars.

Englands Finest Cars chosen for West Weddings Photo Shoot

We were absolutely delighted to be chosen for the 'Great Gatsby' 8 page photo shoot in the next edition of the West Weddings Magazine which is out this Friday, 17 August.

The photo shoot took place on a beautiful sunny July day at Old Down Manor in Tockington with photos being taken by David Brewin Photography.

The magazine will be available at the West Weddings / Ashton Gate Wedding Fayre this coming Sunday, 19 August and will be in the goody bags on the day.

Thursday, 9 August 2012 - Aimee & Andy's Wedding

What a beautiful day for a wedding....and what a wedding it was, perfect!!

Aimee's parents had booked an overnight stay at one of our favourite locations near to the church as a complete surprise, and we were sworn to secrecy not to tell if Aimee or the groom contacted us about the wedding!

The Stable Grove Bed & Breakfast is an award winning 4 star bed and breakfast venue and is set in such a pretty yet private location, in which the owners cannot do enough for those staying with them, we even enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee on our arrival last Thursday too.  Anyone looking for accommodation close to Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, the Walled Gardens in Wrington or even Bristol Airport should check out their website at http://www.stablegrovebedandbreakfast.co.uk/

A matching pair of cars had been reserved for taking bridesmaids and bride's mother plus bride and bride's father to the local St. Andrews church in Blagdon.  Following the ceremony we were pleased to be able to take the hoods down on the cars for our onward journey to their wedding reception at the ever-popular Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, where we are delighted to confirm that we are a preferred supplier for wedding cars.

En route to the reception venue, we managed to pop to a very pretty local destination for the couple to enjoy some 'private' photographs with Howard and his wife from Howard Keith Photography.  What an absolutely stunning view as you can see in the first wonderful photograph taken above that Howard kindly forwarded to me today.

Victoria & Gary's Wedding - Saturday, 7 July 2012

The ceremony took place at 1pm at St. Michael's church in Stoke Gifford and then we travelled onto the BAWA Club in Filton for the family to party!

Laura and Andrew get married on Saturday, 4 August 2012

I know it has been a while since I have updated my blog but it has not been for the want of trying!!  Englands Finest Cars has just been SOOOO very busy with weddings this year that we have been unable to spend too much time on the computer, so really sorry!

We were privileged to attend Laura and Andrew's wedding a couple of weeks ago at St. Andrews Church in Chippenham.  As Andrew is stationed at Buckley Barracks in Hullavington he was greeted by his colleagues on exiting the church and I managed to take a photo on my mobile to capture it!

Afterwards we travelled with both cars onto the reception at Buckley Barracks in Hullavington.

Luckily for the bride and groom, Laura's mother and step-dad were professional photographers and so everyone enjoyed some relaxed photographs at the reception venue, including the boys lifting the bride for a photo and.....the girls lifting the groom for a photo!!  Was unable to catch the last one quick enough - sorry!

Congratulations to Laura and Andrew, such a lovely couple and our very best wishes to Andrew for his stint in Afghanistan due in the foreseeable future.

Emma and Jake's Wedding - Friday, 3 August 2012

What a lovely wedding with some actual sunshine too!!

Emma and Jake were married at the very pretty All Saints Church in Winterbourne Down, one of my personal favourites as we had a church blessing ourselves at this location!

Afterwards we travelled onto the very prestigious wedding venue in Tockington, Old Down Manor where the couple enjoyed some photographs by the 'Stag' on their arrival.  Lucy from Old Down greeted the couple with a bottle of Veuve  Clicquot which was promptly opened for the newly weds to enjoy!
